Professor Cohen said that Congress should act on pending legislation to address the issue.

And Professor Cohen takes perhaps the dimmest view of all.

But Professor Cohen said the defense used the lack of investigation to bolster its case anyway.

Professor Cohen argues that eye contact is overrated in the task of trial judging.

"It's probably the most important thing to understand," Professor Cohen said.

"I tried to discourage him from doing it," Professor Cohen recalled.

"The standard procedure is to apply for all of them and see what happens," Professor Cohen said the other day.

"Professor Cohen is very bright, and still young enough to be considered a little younger than other candidates."

"A lot is going to depend on the judge," Professor Cohen said.
