It was established on January 7, 1975 through Presidential Decree No. 633.

The University was founded on the 15th of November, 1990 by Presidential Decree No. 720.

It was created as a charitable organization and is recognized by law with Presidential Decree No. 648 of 4 August 1986.

This, in turn, was amended by Presidential Decree No. 1975.

The ministry was established on August 5, 1998 by the Presidential Decree No. 743.

The ministry was established according to the Presidential Decree No. 458 on April 18, 2001.

The new Code was embodied in Presidential Decree No. 1464.

The society was established in April 1963 through the Presidential Decree No. 187 in 1965.

This was made possible by virtue of Presidential Decree No. 1086.
