The work received the Historic Preservation Alliance of Arkansas award.

In 2009, the project was recognized by the Preservation Alliance of Greater Philadelphia with a Grand Jury Award.

Rolf Anderson and the Preservation Alliance of Minnesota became involved with the site in 1991.

The Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia made an appeal to the owner, whose name had, at that point, not been made public.

The house has now been meticulously restored and the Preservation Alliance of Minnesota holds a preservation easement on the property.

In 2002 the Preservation Alliance of Minnesota awarded this project with an Honor Award.

The project won an award from the Preservation Alliance of Minnesota in 2005.

The developer was also able to take advantage of a federal tax deduction by donating a façade easement to the Preservation Alliance of Minnesota.

The Preservation Alliance of Minnesota listed it on its 2010 10 Most Endangered Historic Places list.
