After taking position in the convoy, Baretta proceeded toward the Palau Islands.

From there she carried to the Palau Islands.

She remained in the Palau Islands until 5 February 1945.

In March she guarded tankers during a strike on the Palau Islands.

Proceeding by stages, she arrived Palau Islands on 29 December.

On the 21st she departed, arriving at the Palau Islands 23 October.

Aspro carried out her third patrol near the Palau Islands.

Following a brief stop at Midway for supplies four days later, she continued on to waters around the Palau Islands.
