Ms. Post predicts that the site will attract more than a million visits this month as teachers prepare for school.
Ms. Post referred the teacher to www.abcteach.com/countries/passport.htm, where a printable download of a passport cover was available.
State research shows that most of the river is now safe for swimming, Ms. Post said.
Ms. Post began her career as a flight attendant and spent 20 years in corporate management, consulting and sales.
Ms. Post said transportation officials were considering the proposal.
"Let's face it, families don't all sit together in one room anymore," Ms. Post said.
But there is no such obligation when you cannot attend a shower, Ms. Post said.
Ms. Post said truck parking was also permitted there, but no signs on the expressway say that.
"You have to be creative in finding out what to wear," Ms. Post said.
Ms. Post said the city seems to have reached the limit on property taxes.
