Apparently, Mr. Salmon can't see the forest for the trees.
"David is now 15 and is needed by his mother to help out at home during the summer," Mr. Salmon said.
Mr. Salmon was paid a flat fee for the job and did not share in the huge revenues brought in by the show.
Mr. Salmon has denied wrongdoing and the case against him is pending.
When he had called the hospital, the nurse had told him Mr. Salmon was with his wife and family.
Mr. Salmon said he was unable to reach the company's Memphis headquarters.
All of this will have to be removed, Mr. Salmon said.
Mr. Salmon argues that such religious enclaves do not present much of a public health problem except to their members.
