"That would be the only window of opportunity next week," Mr. Miner said.
Mr. Miner tracked down many players whom he interviewed for the tape.
As a result, the hot air mass has spread over a vast northern region, Mr. Miner said.
Mr. Miner said several studios were interested in the essay as a movie project.
Mr. Miner also said that the concern ought not to be merely local.
Mr. Miner said it was not quite clear why snow had failed to appear.
But Mr. Miner predicted that late tomorrow afternoon, things would break for the better.
"A lot of this is people who at the last minute realize that they haven't planned for dinner," Mr. Miner said.
"Television used to be a serious stigma for film actors," Mr. Miner said.
Mr. Miner has worked with both on their television shows.
