This is not a new topic, but Mr. Gay treats it in his own way.
"It's impossible to get a space in this building," he told Mr. Gay.
Mr. Gay took over the loft's lease after his friend moved out three years ago.

His five children, Mr. Gay said, have grown up in a world so different that they do not really understand what he went through.
Mr. Gay, who at 35 is eight years younger than the club, couldn't bear the idea.
Two weeks later, Mr. Gay moved into the apartment over the club.
So far, Mr. Gay seems to be doing everything right.
