Monroe Hall (former home of the McIntire School) will become part of the College.

Monroe Hall - Opened in 1967 as the first facility at the Fordham campus.

Beginning in May 2009 and largely completed in June 2011, Monroe Hall, the oldest building on campus, was also completely renovated.

The Pet House, which allows students to bring their pets to campus, has been located in Monroe Hall in Presidents' Row.
