Miss Moore was found sprawled face-down in the back seat.
Miss Moore, a 50-year-old-director of the company, will own 34.3 percent.
Miss Moore, who is now 56, pleaded guilty and was also sentenced to life.
Miss Moore also charges that the foundation has changed the siting of several sculptures since her father's death in 1986.
"I'm my own woman," Miss Moore said of her act.
Miss Moore's parents died when she was young, and she dropped out of school, becoming a hairdresser.
Miss Moore was too patient, too ready to accept things as they were.
Miss Moore said she had usually smoked from 20 to 30 vials of crack a day.
So he, Miss Moore and the children find harmony at last.
"It was a resting space for people in the neighborhood," Miss Moore said.
