Covais made a guest appearance at Nassau County's Italian American Night at the Lakeside Theatre on June 26, 2006, in Eisenhower Park.

The show has since been performed in Chicago at the Lakeside Theatre and sold-out three runs at Theater J in Washington, DC.

In honor of the occasion, Nassau County is using the day to open its series of free concerts at the Lakeside Theater in East Meadow's Eisenhower Park.
