In the 90's Knob Hill Farms was easily recognized in local newspapers with their one or two page ads printed in black and blue.

What they found was the wooded and rocky section of the Sackett Estate, known as Knob Hill.

It was at Knob Hill that Abraham had some of his first memories.

Knob Hill was part of the John Bowen tract purchased in 1853.

Knob Hill is a residential neighborhood platted in February 1910.

It drove on to Knob Hill and picked up Brownley Harris.

So far, permits have been approved for the construction of 800 units in the smaller of the two parcels, known as Knob Hill.

The area had also been called as Knob Hill up until the 1890s.
