But as Judge Greene rightly warns, the task won't be easy.
"I'm going to think about it overnight," Judge Greene said.
Grounds for Judge Greene to intervene are not hard to imagine.
Within the next few months, Judge Greene must confront his most direct challenge.
"I think it does work," Judge Greene said of the rule of law.
The section used by Judge Greene required that such attempts be in society's best interest.
If the groups did not agree on the lawyers, Judge Greene said he would have named them.
And calls to Judge Greene's office were not returned.
If the recommendations were accepted, it would sharply reduce Judge Greene's involvement with the industry.
Lawyers close to the case said they would have to see just how Judge Greene applies his ruling.
