Greek life is governed by an internal body that is called the Greek Council.

This event is organized each year by Brown's Greek Council.

This list contains only fraternities that are a part of the Greek Council.

Greek Council, the umbrella organization encompassing the university's 48 fraternities and sororities, is already planning ways to educate students about the new plan.

To these we might add the Greek Council in Trullo (692).

The Greek Council is the university's judicial body for fraternities and sororities.

Students must be an active member of a fraternity or sorority in good standing before serving on Greek Council.

Changed its name to National Asian Greek Council in 2005.
