In Washington, a Georgian diplomat who was driving while intoxicated was involved in an accident that caused a girl's death.

The Georgian diplomat could face serious criminal charges in Washington as a result of the car crash, which took the life of 16-year-old Joviane Waltrick last week.

Neither Russian nor Georgian diplomats ruled out the possibility.
