Sir Llewellyn Turner (February 11, 1823 - September 18, 1903), was a Welsh politician and Deputy Constable of Caernarfon Castle.

He served eleven consecutive years as Mayor of Caernarfon from 1859 to 1870, and was Deputy Constable of Caernarfon Castle.

He was appointed Deputy Constable of Haverfordwest Castle by the Constable Thomas Acton.

There was a Deputy Constable and Lieutenant-Governor from 1833 to 1989.

From 1928 to 1935 this was held jointly with the post of Deputy Constable.

The arrest warrant had been given to the Deputy Constable, Joseph Nadin, who followed behind the yeomanry.

He was later a Deputy Constable and later Constable of Castell y Bere in Merionethshire.

On 1 March 1953 he became the Deputy Constable and Lieutenant-Governor of Windsor Castle; he took up residence in the Norman Gateway the following year.

He was also Deputy Constable of Dover Castle at that time.
