The 21 Congressmen wrote a letter to Baker saying that the law was meant to be interpreted broadly and that similar deliveries had been made.
"All the leads generated by the logs would have required re-interviewing witnesses," the Congressmen wrote.
Several Congressmen in total wrote Burnham about the concerns raised by Stoen.
"Mr. Huang may have had even more exposure to classified information than we had previously known," the Congressman wrote.
The Congressman wrote "more than one or two," bad checks, added Mr. Spinelli, who said he could not provide their total amount.
Congressman and 2010 Senate candidate Joe Sestak wrote a piece on the site voicing his support of the issue.
An inquiry into the bank found that the Congressmen, both Democrats, had each written more than 100 overdrafts on their accounts.
"Reform in export controls is long overdue," the Congressmen wrote.
He said he and 100 other Congressmen had written to the White House in an effort to prevent the new regulations from being adopted.
"Do you know that it frightens and unmans me to know that you are sick," the Congressman wrote his wife.
