Offices at numbers 10-12 Carlisle Street, built in 1959-60, now occupy the site of the house, but are slated to be replaced with a hotel.

From here, the route heads north on two-lane undivided Carlisle Street past homes.
It is also a mixed-use development, with room for retail space at street level on Carlisle Street.
