Late in the 20th century the area underneath the Queens approaches became Little Bay Park.

A quick spin through Bay Park proved salutary, as it provided another glimpse of the sea, or at least a canal.

I walked through Rushcutter's Bay Park and then up a steep hill.

On the east and north sides of the bay is the large Ashbridge's Bay Park.

It is not at all certain the communities around Bay Park will be any happier about the new plan than they were about the old.

Bay Park is not the place to site this facility.

The closest dog run, at Bay Park, closed just recently and was replaced by one on old basketball courts well away from the children's play area.

"People are resigned to the siting in Bay Park," said Mayor Shore.

If it had had more time, and possibly an extension to the law, it could have avoided imposing the plant on Bay Park, officials say.
