The chorus formed in 1978 and has twice won the British Association of Barbershop Singers (BABS) gold medal, in 1995 and 1998.

The chorus formed in 1978 and has won the British Association of Barbershop Singers (BABS) gold medal six times, in 1986, 1989, 1991, 1994, 1997 and 2000.

This quartet is a member of SABS (Spanish Association of Barbershop Singers).

It has been a member of the Irish Association of Barbershop Singers ever since the I.A.B.S association was inaugurated in 1988.
