Way South to the west, and 48th Avenue South to the east.
The entertainment district is located along 8th Avenue South.
Except for 4th Avenue South (as noted above), all streets are open to vehicular traffic.
The building was built in 1910 on 6th Avenue South and 7th Street with the purpose to provide health care to whites only.
However, it was moved in 1913 to 4th Avenue South and 12th Street to serve blacks only this time.
