The historic three-story stone farmhouse contains a museum displaying original Audubon prints, oil painting, and Audubon memorabilia.

Desserts can be served on a 12-inch ceramic platter decorated with Audubon prints ($198) and a set of four eight-inch-round plates, each with a different pattern ($328).

The librarians at Firestone Library report that she enjoyed looking at the Audubon prints there.

"The snow owls in that Audubon print represent wisdom, and the aardvark over there represents a thick skin," she said with rueful delight.

The Cedar bar was a nondescript bar with Audubon prints on the walls, a neighborhood bar.

"Zillions of kids don't want to see silver terrines and Audubon prints," Mr. Wright said.

The house features a museum displaying original Audubon prints, all of his major oil paintings and memorabilia.

In the small library, there are Audubon prints, pre-Columbian pots, a carved eagle from the first tugboat that plied Savannah's harbor and, in a frame, a wasps' nest.
