Upon returning, she was placed in the Atlantic Reserve Fleet on October 27, 1913.

She decommissioned 22 May 1946 and entered the Atlantic Reserve Fleet.

Barr remained in the Atlantic Reserve Fleet until the early 1960s.

She was placed out of commission on 12 February 1947 and entered the Atlantic Reserve Fleet.

On 16 January 1948 she was placed out of commission in the Atlantic Reserve Fleet.

At that point, she became an element of the newly established Atlantic Reserve Fleet.

Two years later, he became head of the Atlantic Reserve Fleet.

There, she reported to the Atlantic Reserve Fleet for layup.

For the next 15 years, she was berthed with the Atlantic Reserve Fleet.

She decommissioned 25 May and entered the Atlantic Reserve Fleet.
