On March 12, the U.S. Basketball Writers Association released its 2012-13 Men's All-District Teams, based upon voting from its national membership.

USBWA also divides the country into nine districts, naming for each a Player of the Year, Coach of the Year, and an All-District Team.

Harper finished his MSU career in 2010-11 by being named to the Lou Henson All-America Team and the National Association of Basketball Coaches All-District 19 Team.

Blake Stasiunas (class of 2012) fired a 76-73 to place 4th and join Pearce on the All-District Team.

Young also made All-Tournament Team at the University of Texas El-Paso Christmas tournament (Sun Classic), and was named to the All-District Team.

Moore was selected by the United States Basketball Writers Association to its 2010-11 Men's All-District Team.

Thomas Bess and Terry Whisnant were selected to the All-District Team and both were honored as All-Conference selections.

Six of the seven players made the Mississippi Valley All-Conference Team, four made the All-District Team, three made the Woodland All-Tournament Team, and two made the Southeast Missourian All Star Volleyball Team.
