An application under subrule (8) may be made to the Society or to a court of competent jurisdiction.

An agreement to resolve an appeal is not confidential under subrule (4).

Rule 37.02 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subrule:

(1) Subject to subrule (2), all documents given to the Commission or a designated officer must be in at least one official language.

Credit providers are the principal, and in some cases perhaps the only, accessing agency (see subrule 11(3)).

The request must contain all the elements prescribed by subrule 70(1):

(7) A decision or order under subrule (6) may be made with the concurrence of any three panelists.

Furthermore, the Commission should not be allowed, once it has chosen to proceed under subrule 4 (2), to treat differently employees whose situation is similar.

(1) Subject to subrule (2), all of the hearings at which the parties or their counsel may appear before the Tribunal are public.

(2) The notice required by subrule (1) shall be served within the time that the judge or Registrar may order.

Former subrule (3) which provided for possessory liens would be subsumed in the new remedy.

New subrule 61.07(1.2) sets out when the respondent must obtain leave to appeal before serving the notice of cross-appeal.

A defendant may re-examine any deponent who is cross-examined under this subrule for not more than 10 minutes.

For the application of Rule 6-104, each subdivision permitted in Subrule (1) shall be considered a consumers service.

If the meeting passes a special resolution in favour of the confirmation made under subrule 12 (4), that resolution is confirmed.

(2) The certificate required by subrule (1) has the same effect as a return to a writ of certiorari.

(and possibly a subrule) with appropriate parameters.

Nonetheless, under subrule 7(4) "the Court may grant an audience to any individual where it considers it appropriate in the interests of justice." 5.

(2) The response and supporting affidavits, if any, shall be filed with proof of service within the period set out in subrule (1).

(2) The inspector or designated officer shall give the order referred to in subrule (1) in writing.

Definitions (2) The definitions in this subrule apply in these Rules.

A document filed by facsimile transmission shall include a cover page that satisfies the requirements of subrule 10(3).

A former client who disputes the allegation of no confidential information may apply under subrule (8) for a determination of that issue.

(5) The Clerk shall destroy or otherwise dispose of an exhibit in accordance with an order made under subrule (4).
