Cover the pot with a bowl of water (like a double boiler).
Place the chocolate in the top of a double boiler.
Combine all the ingredients in the top of a double boiler.
When ready to use, reheat in the top half of a double boiler.
When it has melted, remove the double boiler from the heat.
Keep warm in a double boiler, for no more than 15 minutes.
Melt the chocolate over hot water in a double boiler.
Bring water to boil in lower half of a double boiler.
Put the chocolate in the top of a double boiler over hot water, stirring often.
