Military anti-shock trousers (or Pneumatic Anti-Shock Garments) are medical devices used to treat severe blood loss.

Usually called "MAST", and sometimes "pneumatic anti-shock garments" (PASG), they were invented by Lt. Col. Burton Kaplan during the Vietnam War.
