Move the playhead in the Canvas to the spot where you want the title.

Place the playhead in the Canvas window at the point where you want to insert the new shot.

That is an incredibly large image to be moving around in sync with a video playhead.

The 'insert' edit slots a clip into the sequence at the in point or playhead's position, keeping the rest of the video intact, but moving it all aside so that the new clip fits.

Double-clicking on a clip icon in the Browser (see Part 1) opens the clip in the Viewer, where you can play it and scrub through it by dragging the playhead or using the Jog Control.

Match Frame Function: Move the playhead so that the desired frame is under the playhead, select the clip under the playhead, and click the "Match Frame" Button.
