Clubfoot, pes planus, and scoliosis have all been reported.

As an adult, Patient 1 had a height of 186 cm with long arms and legs, a narrow highly arched palate and dental crowding, chest asymmetry and pectus deformity (upper sternum protrudes), hyperextensible large and small joints, arthritis, arachnodactyly, frequent thumb dislocations, pes planus, and thin, fragile skin.
