The declarant will be provided with a Movement Reference Number when the data has been validated successfully.

If your declaration is accepted, the system will allocate a movement reference number, which is a unique registration number, given to identify the movement.

This form is then sent to the ECS Helpdesk at Harwich, together with evidence of exit where it is scanned into the EU solution, using the Movement Reference Number (MRN) bar code in Box A of the EAD.
