A number of subsequent reports (from as far back as the early 1980s), showed that cell suspension (using a shaking-incubator) significantly increased culture growth.
The cell suspension was frozen using liquid nitrogen and rapidly thawed in a 37 C water bath.
Using the same rotor/chamber configuration, large commercial machines are available to process many liters of cell suspension.
(iii) Centrifuge the cell suspension obtained at 50 g for 5 min.
Take up the cell suspension in a 1 ml syringe without a needle.
This can be done on tissue section (fresh or fixed tissue), cell suspension, etc.
This cell suspension was the basis for all the experiments.
Place a few drop of the cell suspension onto a microscope slide and let air dry overnight.
The cell suspension is then dropped onto specimen slides.
They are adequate for cell suspensions and attachment dependent cell types.
