You could substitute almost any green vegetable for the snow peas.
Add the green beans and snow peas to the water.
Add snow peas, toss and cook for another 2 minutes.
Increase the heat, add the snow peas and saute for about a minute, until they turn bright green.
Two minutes before the fish is done, add the snow peas and continue cooking.
This can also be made with broccoli or snow peas.
Add the snow peas and cook for about 1 minute.
String, wash and then cut the snow peas in half.
Bring enough water to a boil to cover the snow peas.
Run cold water briefly over snow peas and drain again.
