To make the sauce, toast the nuts in a 300 degree oven for 5 minutes.
Bake in a 350 degree oven until golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Bake yams in a 375 degree oven for 30-45 minutes or until soft when pricked with a fork.
Bake in a 400 degree oven until golden-brown.
To rewarm, place pudding on sheet pan, cover with clean, damp cloth and heat in 300 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
Keep them warm in a 200- degree oven until ready to serve.
Place the meat platter and the vegetable platter in a preheated 200 degree oven to warm for an hour.

Bake for 40-45 minutes in a 350 degree oven that has not been pre-heated.
