Mills played 22 first grade games for the Western Suburbs Magpies in 1998 and 1999.

In 1991, he joined the Western Suburbs Magpies, staying there for two years.

In 1959 he moved to the Western Suburbs Magpies for his last two seasons.

He then spent the 1998 season with the Western Suburbs Magpies.

He later moved to the Western Suburbs Magpies, being appointed captain.

From 1979, he played five seasons with the Western Suburbs Magpies.

He signed for the Western Suburbs Magpies in 1999 and looked to rebuild his career.

He spent 1994 with the Western Suburbs Magpies, playing in only seven matches.

In 1988 he joined the Western Suburbs Magpies and was made captain for the 1989 season.
