Pasiphae group

The Pasiphae group is very dispersed.

Pasiphae is believed to be a fragment from a captured asteroid along with other Pasiphae group satellites.

Pasiphae itself appears to be grey while other members (Callirrhoe, Megaclite) are light red Sinope, sometimes included into Pasiphae group, is red and given the difference in inclination, it could be captured independently.

Sinope, sometimes included in the Pasiphae group, is red and, given the difference in inclination, it could have been captured independently; Pasiphae and Sinope are also trapped in secular resonances with Jupiter.
