Kinross-shire

Perthshire and Kinross-shire had a joint county council from 1929 until 1975.

It was originally the county town of Kinross-shire.

He served as the member of Parliament for Kinross-shire (1768-74).

The population of Kinross-shire in 1891 was 6673, in 1901 it was 6981.
