High Contracting Parties

The high contracting parties engage not to conclude with any common enemy a separate peace.

The treaty shall go into effect between the high contracting parties 30 days after the deposit of the respective ratifications.

The GICHD has observer status at the High Contracting Parties meetings taking place in the framework of the CCW.
