European Race Walking Cup

The European Race Walking Cup is a race walking event established in 1996, and organised by the European Athletic Association.

The fourth edition of the European Race Walking Cup took place in the Slovak city of Dudince on Saturday May 19, 2001.

The third edition of the European Race Walking Cup took place in the German city of Eisenhüttenstadt on Saturday June 17 and Sunday June 18, 2000.

He was fifth at the 2004 Athens Olympics and won a series of medals in 2005, including silver medals at the European Race Walking Cup and Mediterranean Games and a gold medal at the Summer Universiade.

In 2007 he had a series of wins over the 10K distance: he won the Russian junior winter title, then the 2007 European Race Walking Cup junior title, culminating in a gold medal at the 2007 European Athletics Junior Championships.
