Dr. Horn said that federal money for marriage promotion would be available only to heterosexual couples.
Dr. Horn said that no state met one particularly important standard, which says children should have "permanency and stability in their living situations."

Dr. Horn seems to be one of those who believe that all feminists are, by definition, radical.
The museum was named in honor of Dr. Horn in 1979.
Dr. Horn said the government should do both.
Dr. Horn is a longtime participant in the marriage and fatherhood debates.
Dr. Horn said the moment is right for a new effort on marriage.
Dr. Horn said she remained cautious yet enthusiastic about this new chapter in understanding and treating the disease.
"The baby boom generation is having kids," Dr. Horn said.
