Crocodile club

The increased exposure saw the band secure a monthly residency at The Crocodile Club, a former rockabilly hangout in Harajuku with their regular UK-Japan Night.

This included shows at venues such as the Crocodile Club in Seattle, Mercury Lounge in New York and the Troubadour in Los Angeles.

They developed a national following after touring in Japan, including Hard Rock Cafe, The Crocodile Club, and headline events at the international music festival, Japan Music Week.

The Alumni association for Imperial College Radio is known as The Crocodile Club, and was formed in 1985 by a group of students who were members of Imperial College Radio.

There is a large racecourse, approximately one mile round, inside which the Ahmadu Yakubu Polo Club and Kaduna Crocodile Club are situated, whilst the Kaduna and Rugby Clubs are on the periphery.

The Crocodile Club was an informal group of members of the European Parliament (MEP) that favoured greater European integration, to the extent of a European federation, and greater powers to the European Parliament.

Following the death of Spinelli in 1986, a group of MEPs established the "Altiero Spinelli action Committee for European Union", a federalist intergroup intended to take on the work started in 1980 by the Crocodile Club.

In 1980 the Italian Attiero Spinelli and other parliamentarians founded the 'Crocodile Club'(named after a Luxembourg restaurant) to draw up plans for institutional reform, and in 1981 Parliament established an Institutional Committee with Spinelli as a member.

Since 1875 the park has been the meeting place of the Crocodile Club: originally it was a group of legislators invited by Norton and Isaac Pierce in return for their passage of a law to make the park and their homes part of Bristol rather than Southington.
