Community-wide turnover

Notification is required when the aggregate worldwide turnover of the companies involved is greater than $6 billion - and two or more of the parties involved have aggregate Community-wide turnover of more than $300 million each.

It also requires notification when the aggregate community-wide turnover of at least two of the merging parties is greater than $300 million - unless each party achieves more than two-thirds of its community-wide turnover within the same member state.
